August Personnel Changes
M. Carol Fox has been named president of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania and Columbia Gas of Maryland.
The companies serve approximately 446,000 natural gas customers in 29 counties throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. Terry Murphy, who previously served as president of both companies, will help Fox become acclimated to her new position as he transitions into retirement early next year.
Tom Bundros is the new vice president and CFO of Colonial Pipeline, effective July 6, 2009. He will be responsible for leading Colonial’s financial performance and helping ensure the company’s operations are safe, reliable and efficient. He will oversee Colonial’s Treasury, Business Development & Optimization, Information Technology and Shared Services (Accounting) teams.
James W. Sewall Company has named Joseph H. Osborne as utilities solutions manager. At Sewall, he will play a strategic role in expanding the firm’s traditional client base in utilities, including gas and electric distribution/transmission, water/wastewater and telecommunications.
DeeAnn McMillen has joined the T&T Bisso Response Network. Formed in 2005, T&T Bisso is a stand-alone response contractor servicing the maritime, shipping and offshore energy industries. Its world-wide response network includes firefighting systems, inert gas generators, nitrogen generators, ship-to-ship pumping and lightering systems, pulling systems and diving systems.
Kristine Gagliardi and Mark McConnell have joined NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage Company as directors of Marketing and Origination. Also, Beth Medlin has been promoted to director, Marketing and Origination.
Carmen Trujillo joined Citadel Technologies in May 2009 as a project engineer.
Network International Inc. recently announced the following promotions: Cathy Shouse from Client Relations to manager, Customer Service and Lisa Dietz from Quality Control manager to project manager, Asset Management. In other news, Sree Subramanian joined the company as senior developer.
ONEOK, Inc. named Krystal Parker vice president – western region for its Texas Gas Service division, effective immediately. She will be located in El Paso, TX. In this role, Parker will be responsible for operations and maintenance, construction, customer service, marketing and the information center in Texas Gas Service’s western region, which includes El Paso and the Rio Grande Valley. She replaces Richard Fleager who retired from the company.
PG&E Corporation has named Christopher P. Johns, the corporation's senior vice president and CFO, to lead the company's utility unit as president of Pacific Gas and Electric Company effective August 1, 2009.
Cameron has named H. Keith Jennings as vice president and treasurer. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
Quantapoint has appointed Paul Hackleman as director of Business Development for the United States Western Region. He will be based in the company’s Los Angeles office.
