Bahrain-Saudi Arabia Oil Pipeline Planned

Bahrain is in talks with Saudi Aramco over construction of a crude oil pipeline between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

According to recent press reports, the two are now in discussions on the design and the proposed route. Construction of the more than 100 km pipeline, expected to cost $350 million, may begin before year-end.
