Global Industries Wins Pemex Contract

Global Industries, Ltd. has been awarded a contract by Pemex for pipeline work in the company’s Ku-Maloob-Zaap field in the Bay of Campeche.

Global will install a 36-inch, 27-km pipeline at a depth of 300 feet from E-KU-A2 platform to AKAL-C6 platform. The project also includes 29 pipeline crossings, risers, and expansion curves. The project, worth US$125 million, is scheduled for completion by year end.
