Nicor Gas
Nicor Gas, the largest natural gas distribution company in Illinois, has chosen Sensus as the technology provider for its meter modernization program. Nicor Gas serves 2.2 million customers in a service territory that encompasses most of the northern third of Illinois, excluding the city of Chicago. The utility will begin installing the communication network and radio modules for its natural gas meters this year.
