Qatargas Seals LNG Deal With Japanese

Qatargas Operating Company Limited (has signed a new long-term LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the largest Japanese LNG buyer, Tokyo Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TEPCO).

This is the first long-term bilateral agreement between TEPCO and Qatargas which will deliver 1 million tons per annum of LNG on a long-term basis starting from 2012.
