Total Falling Behind Schedule On Par

Pars Oil & Gas Company has taken over the upstream element of Total’s proposed integrated Pars LNG project and expects to award it as a straight gas field development to Iranian Petropars. The South Pars project, which is the northern extension of Qatar’s North Field, is planned to be developed in 30 phases, each of which will require initial investment of an estimated 1 billion USD.
