Weaver

Pipeline infrastructure company Interflow has named Daniel Weaver as its new managing director, marking the fourth generation of family leadership at the Sydney, Australia-based firm. His father, former CEO Geoff Weaver, will remain as chairman of the board; he worked at the company for 45 years, including 30 years as managing director. Daniel Weaver has worked in numerous throughout Interflow since joining the company in 2003 and became chief operating officer in 2019. The leadership change was announced to employees on the organization’s 85th anniversary.  

Plains All American announced that Robert Nobles has been promoted to vice president, US Facilities and Rail, for the Houston-based partnership. Nobles has held roles of increasing responsibility during his 20 years at Plains, most recently serving as senior director, Terminals Mid-Continent.

Yu

Vern Yu has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer at Enbridge Inc. Yu has been with the company for more than 25 years and previously served as executive vice president and president of Liquids Pipelines.

Gruending
Gruending

Prior to joining Enbridge, Vern worked as an engineer at TransCanada Corporation and Bow Valley Industries. He replaces Colin Gruending, who takes over Yu’s prior role as leader of the Liquids Pipelines group.

Kleinfelder appointed Ann Massey to its board of directors. Massey has held several executive positions throughout her thirty years of professional services industry experience. From 2009-2019, she led multiple Top 10 global environmental engineering infrastructure businesses in president and CEO roles.

Peoples Gas Chief Operating Officer Helen Wesley has been promoted to president of Peoples Gas, succeeding T.J. Szelistowski. Wesley joined Peoples Gas as COO in 2020, overseeing Engineering and Operations, Marketing and Sales, and Business Development. Szelistowski spent 42 years with Emera’s Florida operations and had served as president of Peoples Gas since 2016.

Neptune Energy announced Pete Jones has been named CEO, succeeding Jim House, who retired. Jones, who also joined the board of directors, joined Neptune in 2018 as managing director for the UK before taking up the role of vice president of Operations, Europe, the following year. His 25 years of upstream experience includes serving as managing director of TAQA Europe and as UK managing director and regional vice president of Marathon Oil. House leaves Neptune after four years, having played a key role in building the business after its acquisition of ENGIE E&P International.   

Melissa Orsen, who served as senior vice president of SJI Utilities and chief operations officer of South Jersey Gas Company, has been named president of SJI Utilities. She succeeds Dave Robbins, who retired at the end of 2021 after nearly three decades of service to SJI. Brent Schomber succeeds Orsen as president and COO of South Jersey Gas Company. SJI also announced that Chief Information Officer Leonard Brinson Jr. and General Counsel Eric Stein have been promoted to senior vice presidents.  

Following its acquisition of Mountaintop Energy Holdings, owner of Mountaineer Gas Company, UGI Corporation announced that C. David Lokant has been named president of Mountaineer. Lokant previously served as Mountaineer’s senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Zeller

Fecon announced the addition of Dallas Zeller as a regional sales manager for the Midwest region. In his new role, Zeller will assist distributors and other sales channel partners with sales of all Fecon products in the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.   

Fortis Inc. appointed Stuart Lochray as senior vice president, Capital Markets and Business Development. The company also announced the retirement of Jim Laurito, executive vice president, Business Development, and chief technology officer.  

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation announced that Alexander Whitelam has joined the company as head of Investor Relations, a newly created role.  

At CenterPoint Energy, Trey Kuchar has been named vice president, Regulatory Relations and Policy, and Chasta Martin has been named vice president, Customer Experience.  

New Jersey Resources’ interim general counsel and corporate secretary, Richard Reich, has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel. The company said that Reich will continue to serve in the corporate secretary role until a replacement is selected.
