In addition to his 30 years of experience in private practice, Schwenck has held senior positions at major firms in the energy and construction industries, including as General Counsel of Fluor Corporation, Division Counsel of Bechtel Group’s largest division, and as Chief Legal Officer of a significant energy and construction conglomerate. He has handled more than $100 billion in major project transactions, including the 1,960-mile Bolivia-to-Brazil natural gas pipeline and several large power plants in Brazil served by the pipeline.
Schwenck received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and his B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
