(P&GJ) — The INGAA Foundation Board of Directors has elected Kim Tarr, Vice President of Field Operations at Boardwalk Pipelines, as chair and Dave Coffin, Chief Commercial Officer for Evraz Inc. North America, as vice chair for a one-year term.
“Kim and Dave both bring a tremendous amount of business acumen and industry expertise to the Foundation, and we are thrilled to have them leading our organization over the next year,” said Amy Andryszak, president of the INGAA Foundation.
The INGAA Foundation focuses on addressing critical issues in the natural gas pipeline industry. Hebe Shaw, the Foundation’s executive director, highlighted the value of the new leaders’ contributions. “Kim and Dave’s perspectives and experiences have already enriched the association,” Shaw said. “Their leadership will steer the Foundation’s renowned industry research and foster important dialogues among members as the energy sector continues to evolve.”
Tarr, who oversees operations for more than 14,000 miles of natural gas and liquids pipelines at Boardwalk Pipelines, has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. She has been with Boardwalk Pipelines since 2008 and previously served as Vice President of Engineering and Construction. Tarr also held the role of vice chair for the INGAA Foundation before stepping into her new position.
“I am honored to be elected chair of the INGAA Foundation and eager to further the organization’s mission in 2025,” said Tarr. “As we strive to advance the interstate natural gas pipeline industry, ensure the safe delivery of energy, and explore clean energy options, I look forward to collaborating with Dave, the INGAA Foundation team, and our member companies. Together, we will continue to communicate the benefits of our industry to stakeholders and deliver safe, reliable, clean energy solutions across North America.”
