Enterprise Names Hurley Senior Vice President, Crude Oil & Offshore

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. announced Jan. 12 that Mark A. Hurley has been named senior vice president of the partnership’s Crude Oil & Offshore business unit and will officially assume his new duties March 1, 2010.

In his new role, Mr. Hurley will be responsible for all commercial aspects of Enterprise’s extensive network of onshore and offshore crude oil transportation and storage assets, as well as the partnership’s offshore crude oil and natural gas pipelines. Enterprise’s onshore and offshore crude oil assets are comprised of approximately 5,300 miles of pipelines and about 14 million barrels of storage capacity. Its offshore natural gas system includes approximately 1,500 miles of pipelines.

From 2005 through 2009, Mr. Hurley served as president of Shell Pipeline Company. A career Shell employee, he has held numerous key leadership positions in refinery and lubricant plant operations, marketing sales, product supply and trading, with both domestic and global responsibilities, during his 29-year tenure.
