Enable Gas Transmission Pursues Oklahoma Expansion

Enable Midstream Partners subsidiary, Enable Gas Transmission, held an open season for interested parties to obtain firm interstate natural gas transportation capacity resulting from an expansion of EGT’s Line AD in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Expansion capacity will provide enhanced transportation options from receipt points in the South Central Oklahoma Oil Province (SCOOP) region, as well as the Woodford and Cana Basins, the Granite Wash and the Colony Wash supply basins in Oklahoma.

Together with existing EGT system capacity and EGT capacity on third-party pipelines, the Oklahoma Expansion capacity will fill a transportation need for natural gas delivery to pipeline interconnections in the Bennington, OK area and at or upstream of the Perryville Hub.

“EGT’s Oklahoma Expansion capacity provides a timely solution to the emerging needs of producers, marketers, and end use customers for transportation of abundant natural gas supplies in Oklahoma to ultimate markets in the Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, and Gulf Coast regions of the country,” said Paul Weissgarber, chief commercial officer at Enable Midstream.
