Inline Services
Inline Services’ Cutter Disc is designed for enhanced cleaning of pipelines where wax, scale or debris is present. The angled shaped edges of the disc act as cutter blades to scrape off deposits throughout the pipeline. The spaces in-between the cutter edges allow bypass of product to help suspend removed debris. The Cutter Disc can be used for many applications including chemical cleaning and removal of wax or black powder. The Cutter Disc can be used on any mandrel pig and is available for all pipe diameters. Doosan Portable Power introduced the Tier 4 Final – compliant XP825/HP750 air compressor. Operating at either 825 cfm at 125 psi or 750 cfm at 150 psi, the model delivers the pressure and flow options typical of two units in a single air compressor. FlexSteel introduced its high-temperature line pipe capable of handling continuous service at 180°F (82°C) with greater temperatures based on application. Key to the design is a corrosion-resistant, high-temp liner strengthened by a helically wound steel-reinforced layer that provides structural integrity, high flexibility, and long-term pressure capability for oil, gas, and water applications. New highlights include the ability to generate custom, professional PDF reports and a new Jobs feature to consolidate multiple batches into the same report. No internet connection is required. The Model EQB-E2460 Tapping Machine from ENR Pipeline Products provides a tapping size range of 24-inch to 60-inch, with a Boring Bar ravel of 72,120. The 140-inch Tapping Machine has 6-inch, 900# RTJ mounting flange as standard. Also, a 600# RTJ front flange is available. The machine is hydraulically powered via a diesel unit. Jarraff Industries
The Geo-Boy Brush Cutter from Jarraff Industries is designed for land clearing and vegetation management. Available in both wheeled and track configurations, the Geo-Boy can lift the cutter head about 11 feet and can quickly and effectively clear brush and trees up to 12 inches in diameter. TT Technologies
TT Technologies offers a pipe rammer and bentonite system package for oil and gas pipeline installation projects. The pipeliner package features an 18-inch diameter Grundoram Goliath pneumatic pipe ramming system and a Grundomudd 500 bentonite mixing/delivery system. During the ramming process the rammer is attached to the rear of the casing. The tool then drives the pipe through the ground with repeated percussive blows. The Goliath rammer installs steel pipes and casings from 24 to 56 inches in diameter. The rammer can also be used for the slick-bore process, installing a bore pipe, which, when removed, pulls the product pipe into place. The Ashcroft® B-Series NEMA 7/9 explosion-proof pressure switch is now available with a 316 stainless steel enclosure for operating environments, including saltwater spray. These switches are IP66 rated and are approved for use in most NEC Class I and II hazardous locations. Denso USA
Denso USA, a subsidiary of Winn & Coales International, is offering a new internal pipe and tank lining. The Archco 453HT lining can handle high temperatures – up to 700o F (371o C) from welding operations and disperses heat. The lining can also handle the aggressive thermal and chemical environments found in process vessels and piping in the oil and gas market, including H2S, with a service temperature up to 325° F (163° C).
