The Fiber Optic Sensing Association (FOSA), elected Director of Infrastructure Monitoring at OptaSense J.J. Williams as chairman for a one-year term. Mike Hines, market manager for Industrial Sensing with OFS, was elected vice chairman. FOSA represents fiber-optic sensing technology, with a focus on key projects related to pipeline safety.
