Pitts

EnCap Flatrock Midstream has promoted Sam Pitts to managing partner. Pitts joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream as managing director in 2014 and was promoted to partner in January. He serves on the board of directors of several EnCap Flatrock companies including Aspen Midstream, Greenfield Midstream and Lotus Midstream.
