CRC Evans Secures 56-Inch Master Gas III Pipeline Contract in Saudi Arabia

CRC Evans has secured a major contract for Saudi Arabia’s Master Gas III Pipeline Phase 3, delivering welding and construction on a 56-inch, 150-km pipeline. The award strengthens the company’s growing presence in the Middle East and highlights its advanced welding technologies and long-term role in the region’s gas infrastructure buildout.

CRC Evans has expanded its footprint in the Middle East after securing a major contract for Saudi Arabia’s Master Gas III (MGS III) Pipeline Phase 3 – Package 9, marking one of its largest regional awards to date.

The scope covers construction and welding of a 56-in., 150-km natural gas pipeline, supported by the company’s advanced internal welding technology, dual torch systems, and technical services from its regional facility in Dammam.

The Package 9 award builds on CRC Evans’ strong performance on the earlier MGS III Package 4 scope, reinforcing the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality execution on complex and large-diameter pipeline projects across the region.

CEO Mauro Piasere said the latest win highlights both customer confidence and the company’s strategic expansion in the Middle East. “This milestone reflects the trust placed in CRC Evans to deliver innovative solutions that support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the region’s future energy ambitions,” he said.

Master Gas III is one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant gas transmission programs, designed to expand the kingdom’s domestic gas grid and support long-term industrial and power demand growth.

With this award, CRC Evans continues to strengthen its position as a key partner in Saudi Arabia’s gas infrastructure development, leveraging decades of global pipeline experience and expanding capabilities across traditional and transitioning energy markets.
