Enterprise Selects Bridger Photonics to Monitor Methane Emissions

Enterprise Products has selected Bridger Photonics to provide methane detection across its midstream network, using LiDAR technology to pinpoint leaks and improve operational efficiency.

(P&GJ) — Enterprise Products Partners has chosen Bridger Photonics to provide methane detection and emissions data across its U.S. midstream network.

Bridger’s Gas Mapping LiDAR® technology will be used to detect, locate, and quantify methane emissions throughout Enterprise’s operations, which include pipelines, storage, and processing facilities.

"Enterprise’s selection of Bridger underscores the industry’s shift toward credible, high-resolution methane data that doesn’t compromise on quality or operational feasibility," said Ben Little, CEO of Bridger Photonics. "We are proud to work with an organization that is deeply committed to safety, innovation, and responsible operations."

Bridger’s system has been validated through peer-reviewed publications and independent third-party testing. The company says its analytics enable targeted repairs, reduce emissions, and improve operational efficiency by helping operators address leaks quickly.

Enterprise is one of the largest midstream operators in North America. Bridger, based in Bozeman, Montana, works with more than half of the top 10 U.S. midstream companies.
