EnCap Flatrock Midstream Promotes Three Executives
Midstream energy investment manager EnCap Flatrock has announced the promotions of J. Zachary Kayem and Thomas J. Waldrip from vice president to managing director and Bradley J. Misialek from associate to vice president.
“We believe in developing and rewarding the next generation of leadership. Zach, Tommy and Brad have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in their former roles, and we see them contributing and performing at a very high level in their new positions,” said EnCap Flatrock Managing Partner and Founder William R. Lemmons Jr.
Zach Kayem joined EnCap Flatrock in 2012. Prior to EnCap Flatrock, he spent three years as an analyst on the corporate finance team at SWS Group, where he focused on debt and equity raises and M&A advisory work in multiple industries. Mr. Kayem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Tommy Waldrip has been with EnCap Flatrock Midstream since the company’s inception. He has a strong, proven expertise in midstream evaluation and economics. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies with a minor in business administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Incarnate Word.
Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2015, Brad Misialek was a facilities engineer at Williams Companies in Oklahoma City and San Antonio. Mr. Misialek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering with a minor in Spanish from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
