Advanced Data Management Easier with Data Cloud Service

Sponsored by Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta’s solution to the oil & gas industry is not just limited to the Optical Gas Imaging Camera System GMP01, but it also includes our data cloud service, Inspection Data Manager. Videos recorded by the GMP01 are automatically tagged with important information, and are stored on our cloud system via the programs uploader.

The Inspection Data Manager has two types of viewer modes, the Record Viewer and the Record Comparison.

The Record Viewer

Its objective is to manage inspection results with a similar layout as the tablet. Four displays can be viewed on the main screen simultaneously, with additional displays selectable according to the user’s preference. Inspection related data such as inspector name, facility conditions, GPS coordinates, etc. are tagged to the videos.

The result is a better understanding of comprehensive components and equipment status and health.

The Record Comparison

Its purpose allows for the analysis of leaks from different time frames. When you compare inspection results of a component, and find something changing, you can predict future issues of other similar components, which may fail in a similar time frame, as a result of the same parts being used in a similar operating environment.

As a result, minor repairs & maintenance can be scheduled on the most cost-effective time and day for each potential failure before it interrupts the related production.
